I Was Pouring From an Empty Cup
There was a season in my life when I was pouring into everyone around me and had absolutely nothing left for myself. I was showing up for my children, my community, my work, my calling, all while silently drowning on the inside. Nobody knew how empty I really was because I had gotten so good at looking like I had it together.
I was exhausted in a way that sleep just could not fix.
I was showing up for everyone else while quietly disappearing from myself. The smile was real. The exhaustion was realer. And somewhere underneath all of it, I knew something had to change.

A Message From Tiffany
I used to be just like you. I know what it feels like to pour everything you have into the people around you and have nothing left at the end of the day for yourself.
As a young wife, I discovered I needed somewhere safe to be completely, brutally honest. Somewhere that had nothing to do with anyone else's feelings or needs. A space where I could fall apart and figure out how to put myself back together without anyone watching. So I started writing. And it changed everything.
What started as a private outlet became the clearest window I had ever had into who I was, who I was healing from, and who God was calling me to become. The fog started to lift. The fear got quieter. One page at a time, I found my way back to myself.
Then life hit me with things I never could have prepared for. And again, these pages became my anchor. I wrote through grief. Through uncertainty. Through the seasons when I could not see what was next. And every single time, I found my way back to purpose.
That is why this journal exists. I could not keep this tool to myself, and I did not want you finding your way to it alone the way I did.
